Dr. Novack is the founder and president of PharmaLogic Development, Inc.  Dr. Novack studied at University of California campuses (B.A. from UC Santa Cruz, Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from UC Davis, and postdoctoral fellowship in neurophysiology at UCLA).  He is a diplomate in Clinical Pharmacology, and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology.  He is a clinical professor of ophthalmology at the University of California, Davis.  Dr. Novack has served as a Regent of the University of California, President of the UC Santa Cruz Foundation, and President of the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association.  He has authored over 300+ papers, and played a key role in the approval of over 50 products.
